Franchot Thompson brings 30 years of healthcare experience, including 20 years in home health and an additional 10 years across acute care, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient care. His work spans patient care, clinical operations, and workforce management, providing a direct view into both the human and operational costs of fragmented technology.
He founded HHTS to build tools that reflect how clinicians actually work, how agencies operate, and how patients and caregivers experience care at home.
